What You'll Do
- Providing expert advice and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievances.
- Collaborating with managers to facilitate effective communication and enhance team dynamics.
- Conducting investigations into employee concerns and providing recommendations based on findings.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace environment.
- Delivering training and workshops to equip staff with the tools they need to manage employee relations effectively.
- Staying up-to-date with employment legislation and best practises to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Who You Are
- A strong background in employee relations or HR advisory roles, preferably within the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to connect with employees at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in promoting employee well-being.
- A solid understanding of employment law and best practises in human resources.
• Relevant HR qualifications, such as CIPD, would be a bonus!
- Enhanced DBS is required, either on the update service or new
- Must be able to DRIVE to Egham, Slough, Windsor, Maidenhead
