The Opportunity

  • We're looking for an experienced
  • 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in

Commercial Office Support, Legal or Finance recruitment .

You’ll have the freedom to develop your own desk, supported by an established brand, loyal client base, experienced leadership team and collaborative colleagues who genuinely celebrate each other's success.

This is a true 360 role where you'll be responsible for

  • Developing and growing relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Winning new business through networking, referrals and business development.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy brief through to placement.
  • Sourcing, interviewing and representing high-quality office support professionals.
  • Building a strong pipeline of candidates and maintaining an active talent network.
  • Negotiating offers and providing expert market advice to both clients and candidates.
  • Delivering an exceptional recruitment experience every step of the way.

About You

You’ll already have experience recruiting within the commercial office support, Legal or Finance market , with a proven track record of managing a successful 360 recruitment desk.

  • Experience placing roles such as Administrators, Executive Assistants, PAs, Receptionists, Customer Service professionals and wider Office Support positions.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • A consultative approach with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Commercial awareness and a desire to grow your own market.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive attitude, resilience and a team-first mentality.
