Role: Programme and Partnerships Manager
Location: Remote, with monthly in-person meetings in London
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Start date: ASAP
Salary: £34,000 to £36,000 per annum

Role Description
The Talent Tap is a UK-wide social mobility charity, and we work with our partners to create accessible and equitable pathways into meaningful careers for all young people, with a specific focus on those from low social mobility backgrounds.
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Programme and Partnerships Manager to strengthen and expand our Emerging Talent Programme and Future Talent Programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the charity\’s growth by leading corporate partnerships, driving new business development, and enhancing our programme delivery. You will develop and manage relationships with corporate partners, build a pipeline of new partnerships, and play an instrumental role in shaping The Talent Tap’s long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management & Growth
- Manage and grow relationships with our existing partners, including managing quarterly/annual reporting requirements on stakeholder KPIs
- Lead stakeholder engagement, including delivering presentations and preparing compelling proposals for prospective partners
- Identify and secure new partnerships with employers, funders, and industry groups to expand opportunities for young people
- Develop high-quality resources such as reports, briefs, and presentations to support key stakeholder engagement
Programme Design & Delivery
- Enhance and deliver our core programmes in collaboration with our Youth Engagement Lead
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with similar organisations to improve programme delivery and efficiency
Volunteer Engagement
- Coordinate and oversee volunteer engagement initiatives with our corporate partners
- Track and measure the impact of volunteering activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Develop innovative opportunities for corporate partners to engage with young people alongside the Youth Engagement Lead
Alumni Network Mobilisation
- Lead initiatives to engage and activate our Alumni network, creating pathways for continued development and involvement
Person Specification
You are passionate about creating equal opportunities in the workplace and understand the barriers facing young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are proactive in managing competing priorities.
Essential Skills/Experience
- 3-4 years’ experience in programme delivery, stakeholder management and partnership development
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow effective partnerships
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and adapt messaging for different stakeholders
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills, with confidence in preparing and delivering reports and proposals
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve, particularly in a small-team environment
- Programme management expertise, with strong organisational and analytical skills
