The Role + what we are looking for:
As a Performance Media Specialist, you will play a key role in the delivery and optimisation of paid social media campaigns and will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies across various platforms.
- Performance Media Execution:
- Campaign Implementation: Assist in the setup, launch, and management of paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as needed.
- Ad Creation & Management: Create and manage engaging ad creatives, including text, images and videos, tailored to specific target audiences.
- Audience Targeting: Implement and refine audience targeting strategies to reach the right users with the right message.
- Budget Management: Assist in the allocation and management of campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximising ROI.
- Campaign Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying areas for improvement and making necessary adjustments.
- Data Collection: Gather and organise campaign data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Report Generation: Assist in the creation of regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Data Analysis: Analyse campaign data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Performance Tracking: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on campaign progress.
