We are working with one of the leading sports communications agencies in the industry who are seeking a brilliant Director to join the team based in their London HQ! In just 5 years, this agency has firmly become the one to watch in sports communications and they have created an agency embedded in collaboration, creativity, culture and delivering exceptional work for their clients.
The dream candidate will be an inspirational and collaborative leader who will be part of the management team. You will have outstanding communication skills, creativity, high standards and a drive to build a thriving division of world class sports communications clients. We’d love to identify an individual who has a passion for sport in all forms, is a high-class PR & comms operator, and who is ambitious to build a dream agency alongside the multi award-winning team.
This is a unique and truly exciting opportunity; the Director will be joining at an incredible time of growth and opportunity and will play a key role in shaping the future business and agency.

The last twelve months has been the rocket year for this agency as they accelerated their vision to be the best sports communications agency in the UK.
The ideal Director for this role will have excellent rightsholder and brand experience within sports communications and/or consumer comms specifically, be able to form outstanding and high-level client relationships, care about building a thriving team culture, and be comfortable with driving commercial growth across organic opportunities and new business. You will inherit a startup roster of fantastic clients, and a talented team as you look to grow the business further, collaboratively with the wider Management Team and Co-Founders.

- Be able to commute to the office in Shoreditch, London on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Salary - £85,000
- Bonus - Annual discretionary bonus
