Role Overview: This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage multi-channel campaigns, support supporter engagement, and contribute to vital income generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver individual giving campaigns across online and offline channels, including direct mail, email, telemarketing, face-to-face, and digital acquisition.
  • Support the planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns to meet income and expenditure targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and compliant campaign delivery.
  • Maintain supporter relationships through quality communication, including thanking donors effectively.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term donor strategies, using data insights to inform efforts.
  • Assist with reporting, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting upcoming projects such as supporter journeys and appeals.
  • Ensure all campaign activity aligns with organisational guidelines and best practices, including compliance and branding standards.

Person Specification:

  • Proven experience in managing multi-channel direct marketing campaigns, particularly offline channels such as direct mail.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in copywriting and proof-reading.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools to interpret campaign performance.
  • Experience working with external suppliers and managing budgets.
  • Comfortable working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment and able to adapt to a busy workload.
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to take the initiative and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Empathy and commitment to the organisation’s mission, with an understanding of supporter care principles.
