The Talent Set are delighted to partner a fantastic charity to recruit a Senior Special Events Executive role. The successful candidate will oversee the planning and delivery of a wide range of high-profile events, ensuring they meet organisational goals and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end delivery of special events, including logistics, vendor relationships, and onsite operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to develop creative concepts and event themes that align with organisational objectives.
- Manage event promotion and stakeholder communication, ensuring all participants are well-informed and engaged.
- Oversee event siting, registration, and post-event evaluations to deliver seamless experiences and gather insights for future improvements.
- Ensure health, safety, and accessibility standards are upheld throughout all events.
- Track and report on event performance metrics to measure success and inform future planning.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in coordinating large-scale or high-profile events, preferably within the charitable or non-profit sector.
