This position involves leading the development of a diverse portfolio of trusts, foundations, and grant-making organisations, aiming to generate sustainable income to support organisational objectives.
Identify and cultivate relationships with trusts, foundations, and grant-making bodies to secure funding.
Lead, support, and develop the Trusts team to deliver high-quality outputs.
Track and interpret funding data and trends to develop a sustainable funding pipeline.
Oversee income and expenditure budgets, providing regular updates on progress and performance.
Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external funders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop funding pipelines.
Proficiency in CRM databases and fundraising management systems.
