The Talent Set are delighted to be partnering with the world’s first hospital dedicated to cancer care, The Royal Marsden. The organisations' Private Care service is the most successful NHS private patient unit in the UK, generating vital income that is reinvested back into patient care, research and innovation. They are now looking for an experienced Senior Digital Manager (Private Care) to lead the strategic development of digital presence and help drive commercial growth through outstanding user experience and digital performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- The website and digital channels are central to how private patients, referrers and international partners discover and engage with The Royal Marsden Private Care.
- Lead the development, optimisation and day-to-day management of the Private Care website and associated digital products.
- Champion user-centred design, accessibility and continuous improvement, ensuring digital experience builds trust, supports enquiries and reflects the charity's position as a world-leading provider of private oncology care.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Communications, clinical teams and external partners to shape digital strategy and deliver measurable commercial impact in the UK and internationally (particularly the Middle East).
- Develop and implement strategic plans for digital channels in alignment with organisational objectives.
- Manage and optimise digital platforms including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Lead content creation efforts, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity across all communications.
- Analyse digital metrics to evaluate performance, optimise campaigns, and identify new opportunities.
- Foster collaboration across teams to ensure digital initiatives support wider organisational goals.
- Keep abreast of digital trends and emerging technologies, integrating them to enhance digital impact.
- Oversee budgets and coordinate with external agencies to deliver high-quality digital projects on time and within scope.
