Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement local fundraising strategies to meet organisational targets.
- Cultivate relationships with community groups, local businesses, and volunteers to maximise engagement.
- Organise and lead fundraising activities, events, and campaigns within the east region.
- Effectively communicate the charity’s mission and impact to diverse audiences.
- Track and report on fundraising activities and outcomes.
- Identify new funding opportunities and build partnerships to expand the organisation’s reach.
- Ensure compliance with relevant fundraising regulations and organisation policies.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in community fundraising or a related role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects independently.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

What’s on Offer
