The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a fantastic charitable organisation on a 9 month contract. This pivotal position involves developing and leading strategic communication and fundraising initiatives to strengthen community engagement and advocacy efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the organisation's visibility, reputation, and community engagement.
  • Lead fundraising campaigns and initiatives, fostering relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee content creation across multiple channels, ensuring messaging aligns with organisational values and objectives.
  • Manage a team of communication and fundraising professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication and fundraising activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
