The Talent Set are delighted to partner with the Membership organisation on a fantastic short term interim assignment as a Web Content Officer. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage website updates, optimise content, and enhance online engagement during a 6-8 week leave cover period, supporting the organisation's digital presence and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain websites using a Content Management System (CMS).
  • Analyse website activity with web analytics platforms, primarily Google Analytics 4, and produce insightful reports.
  • Collaborate with website developers to implement technical and content enhancements.
  • Optimise website content for SEO to increase web traffic and engagement.
  • Write, review, and edit content to align with website best practices and organisational tone of voice.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of website updates.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience working with CMS platforms for website updates.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, plus experience producing activity reports.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and implementation techniques.
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other stakeholders.
  • Organised with good project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to content quality and accuracy.
