Seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our beautiful 2-bedded home, located in the peaceful village of Haunton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care for young people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

The Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and success of the home. You will ensure the delivery of outstanding care, safeguarding the well-being and development of every child in your care.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated staff team.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain high-quality care provision.
  • Create and review tailored care plans for each child.
  • Safeguard young people and promote their rights, safety, and independence.
  • Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies.
  • Drive a positive, respectful, and empowering culture within the home.
  • Manage staff training, supervision, and performance.

You will be supported by the operations team, bringing over 60 years of combined experience in children's residential care.
