About you
- Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Worker, Carer, or Healthcare Assistant (essential)
- Confident supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour
- Natural leadership skills with strong communication abilities
- Flexible and reliable, able to work a rolling rota including weekends
- A caring, resilient nature with a good sense of humour
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to service location and community access needs)
