CLINICAL UNIT MANAGER (RGN or RMN with wound care knowledge) ST5 Area | From £26.00 per hour | Full-time, Permanent, Day shifts What's in it for you? Taking ownership of a dementia and palliative care unit, ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality care

Building strong relationships with residents and their families to provide reassurance and trust

About you

NMC-registered RGN with at least 3 years experience OR RMN with wound care knowledge

At least 2 years experience as a Unit Manager or in a similar leadership role

Strong clinical background with confidence in wound care and medication management

A leader who empowers and inspires staff to deliver their best

Committed to creating a culture of compassion, dignity, and high-quality care


Location: ST5, North Staffordshire (commutable from Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, Stafford, Crewe, and surrounding areas)
