About the Role
The incumbent will be responsible for technical quantification of claims and hands-on support to project-based QS staff. The role transforms site data into robust financial submissions to protect the company's legal entitlements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation and submission of monthly progress claims and detailed cost variations
- Coordinate with site teams to gather photographic evidence and site logs for EOT and Loss & Expense claims
- Provide technical guidance and support to project-based QS staff on measurement standards and claim procedures
- Support monitoring of project budgets and early identification of cost variances
- Assist in preparing commercial reports and financial updates for senior management
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects
- Strong knowledge of standard forms of contracts used in Singapore (PSSCOC, SIA)
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; strong analytical ability
- Familiarity with ERP/PM systems (e.g. ACC) and Microsoft Office Suite

- Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8.30am–5.30pm
