About the Role
We are seeking a Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to provide frontline reception, student care and general administrative support within a school environment. The role involves attending to students, parents, visitors and staff while supporting the daily operations of the General Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to unwell or injured students and provide first-aid assistance in accordance with school procedures
- Manage frontline counter duties and respond to incoming calls, mail and general enquiries
- Maintain and monitor office and first-aid supplies
- Update student records and support class attendance administration
- Provide administrative and logistical support for school events and activities
- Perform general administrative duties for the General Office
- Undertake other duties assigned by the school
Requirements
- Post-secondary qualification or equivalent
- Valid First Aid certification, including CPR and AED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Legally authorised to work in Singapore at the point of application
- Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, front-facing environment
- Prior experience in reception or general administration would be advantageous
- Experience working in a school environment would be an advantage
Work Arrangements
- Contract Period: 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027
- Possible Extension: Up to 30 September 2028
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break
- Rest Days: No work required on Saturdays, Sundays or gazetted public holidays
- Salary: S$1,800 to S$2,000 per month, commensurate with relevant experience
