Job description:
- Perform CMM, Smart Scope, and Keyence programming.
- Prepare measurement reports with accuracy and completeness.
- Manage equipment maintenance activities, including calibration, review of calibration frequency, efficiency improvement, and evaluating equipment replacement needs.
- Prepare Certificates of Conformance (COC) for all segments.
- Provide equipment training to Inspectors.
- Assist Engineers with any measurement-related requests.
- Utilize statistical methods to review IPQC dimensional stability and propose optimized measurement frequencies.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the reporting superior.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in CMM, Smart Scope, and Keyence LMX programming.
- Proficient in MS Office and quality-related software.
- Strong knowledge of measurement equipment and related systems.
