JEP ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take pride in delivering quality and exceptional work, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities- Deploy incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection plans and SOP
- Conduct First Article inspections and prepare FAIR documentations for submission
- Able to perform root cause analysis and prepare the relevant documentations for non-conformance products
- Document inspection results, nonconformities and customer complaints
- Able to conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Preparation and support external audits
- Analyzing data and generating detailed reports to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating cross-functionally to resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
- Providing training and guidance to Production team to uphold quality standards
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
- Continually seeking ways to optimize quality control measures and drive operational excellence
- Diploma and above in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Able to interpret customer drawings thoroughly including GD&T
- Able to interpret CMM inspection results after inspection
- Strong working knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Committed individual to delivering high-quality work
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally
