About the Role: We are hiring an Operations Support Officer to support the day-to-day cleaning and operational functions of a government school in the East. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and play a hands-on role keeping the school running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide cleaning services across school premises
- Support school events — moving and arranging tables, chairs, and equipment
- Close school facilities at end of day; ensure premises are safe and secure
- Escort and supervise term contractors carrying out facilities management works
- Check and monitor cleaning and toilet supply stock levels; report to Operations Manager
- Assist with administrative duties: receiving goods, inspecting deliveries, compiling delivery orders
- Report building faults to Operations Manager via WhatsApp
Requirements:
- Minimum Primary 6 education (local or equivalent)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual/logistics tasks
- Comfortable using WhatsApp for photo documentation and communication
- Prior experience in cleaning or customer service roles preferred
- Well-mannered with good interpersonal skills
- Singapore Citizens and PRs strongly encouraged to apply
