Job Outline: To carry out mould setting, troubleshooting of moulding defects, provide technical support and machine maintenance within the moulding department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot moulding defects
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Maintenance of moulds
- Conduct On-The-Job training for trainee technicians
- Improve production efficiency and prevent breakdown
- Co-ordinate with QA to ensure quality requirements are met
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or ITE Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in similar capacity (preferably in plastic injection moulding)
- Machine and moulding troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
