We are sourcing a skilled AV, ICT and Media Executive for a secondary school in Woodlands. This is a full-scope role combining AV infrastructure management, media production, iOS device support, and structured training delivery for students and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all AV equipment – projectors, PA systems, mixers, microphones, smart boards, amplifiers, broadcasting/streaming setups
- Set up, operate and manage AV for assemblies, school events, live-streams and hybrid meetings
- Produce and edit photo and video content; manage media assets for school events and documentation
- Manage students' and staff Apple iPads via Apple School Manager and device management applications
- Plan and conduct lessons and workshops for students and staff on media production, digital productivity (Google Workspace, Canva, Microsoft Office) and digital literacy
- Support the ICT Technical Team on classroom and lab equipment, asset tracking, and loaning systems
- Maintain equipment inventory, SOPs, and service records; coordinate with external vendors for repairs
Mandatory requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computing, Media Production or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in AV equipment management, ICT systems and media production
- Competent in: AV equipment (projectors, PA, mixers, broadcasting), iOS device management (Apple School Manager), photo/video capture (DSLR/mirrorless), video/image editing (iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Photoshop or equivalent), Google Workspace and Canva
- Must be MOE-registered coach/instructor and remain registered throughout the contract
- Comfortable delivering training and lessons to students and staff
Preferred
- Minimum 1 year in a school environment
- Experience designing training materials and running workshops independently
