We are recruiting on behalf of a primary school in Tampines for an Office Attendant to support front desk operations and general school administration.

Employment Type: Contract (12 months, renewable)

Location: Tampines Street 71, Singapore

Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00am–4:30pm; Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm (no weekends or public holidays)

Start Date: 1 July 2026

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk and reception — answering calls, greeting visitors, handling mail, attending to student requests
  • Perform printing duties — photocopying, binding, laminating, collating, printing worksheets and exam papers
  • Maintain printing consumables inventory and keep work areas tidy
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support
  • Support logistics for school events and activities
  • Any other duties as assigned by the school

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word; able to operate office copiers and printers
  • Good communication skills; able to work in a team
  • Experience in customer service or front counter duties
  • Prior experience in a school environment is an advantage
