About the Role

The incumbent will be responsible for technical quantification of claims and hands-on support to project-based QS staff. The role transforms site data into robust financial submissions to protect the company's legal entitlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead preparation and submission of monthly progress claims and detailed cost variations
  • Coordinate with site teams to gather photographic evidence and site logs for EOT and Loss & Expense claims
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project-based QS staff on measurement standards and claim procedures
  • Support monitoring of project budgets and early identification of cost variances
  • Assist in preparing commercial reports and financial updates for senior management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years experience, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or complex building projects
  • Strong knowledge of standard forms of contracts used in Singapore (PSSCOC, SIA)
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills; strong analytical ability
  • Familiarity with ERP/PM systems (e.g. ACC) and Microsoft Office Suite

Work Arrangements

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
