We are seeking an ICT Support Personnel to support the daily technology, audiovisual and digital learning requirements of a primary school in the Choa Chu Kang area. The role involves maintaining ICT and AV equipment, supporting digital assessments, managing shared student devices, and producing multimedia content for school programmes and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate and maintain ICT and audiovisual equipment for daily school operations, including morning assemblies.
- Troubleshoot basic projection, audio, device and network connectivity issues.
- Support e-Examinations and school-based digital assessments, including device configuration and pre-event checks.
- Prepare and manage shared student devices such as iPads and laptops for teaching and learning.
- Coordinate device charging, booking, deployment and collection.
- Produce multimedia content for school events and programmes, including photo editing, video editing and highlight videos.
- Provide ICT and audiovisual support during school events and activities, including equipment setup and teardown.
- Assist with ICT asset stocktaking, inventory management and basic equipment maintenance.
- Support the school’s digital transformation initiatives under the guidance of the relevant ICT Key Personnel.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the school’s ICT operations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- At least two years of relevant experience in multimedia project production and basic audiovisual equipment setup.
- Experience supporting ICT equipment, shared devices or digital learning environments.
- Good organisational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented approach when supporting staff and students.
- Interest in ICT and the application of digital tools in an educational environment.
- Able to meet the applicable employment eligibility requirements in Singapore.
Work Arrangements
- Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with an option to extend to 31 December 2028.
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7.00am to 4.00pm; Friday: 7.00am to 3.30pm; Includes a 30-minute lunch break; No work is required on Saturdays, Sundays or gazetted public holidays.
- Salary: S$2,400 to S$2,800 per month, commensurate with relevant experience.
- Location: Primary school in the Choa Chu Kang area.
