We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the charge on high-profile Video Conferencing, AV and UC integration projects, working with some of the UK’s best-known brands and the latest in audio-visual tech.

My client has been designing and delivering best-in-class AV and Unified Comms solutions since 1999 and they are now looking for a passionate team that deliver smart, efficient, and future-ready AV systems.

As a core leader within their Operations team, you’ll be the technical authority across all projects – driving quality, innovation, and seamless delivery across 30+ monthly installations, including £100k+ multi-phase rollouts.

In order to be considered for the AV Technical Project Manager role, you will need

  • Proven experience in Video Conferencing AV and UC project delivery with a strong technical background
  • Experience with manufactures such as Yealink, Barco, Polycom
  • Excellent understanding of AV and Video Conferencing systems, installation practices, and technology trends
  • Experience managing multiple projects and budgets simultaneously
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • The ability to produce or understand technical drawings and specifications
  • Willingness to complete training and supplier certifications to strengthen expertise
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

The successful candidate will be leading the technical delivery of projects across the UK and will also

  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and commercial control
  • Own all technical specs, cable schedules, and drawings
  • Manage internal engineers and subcontractors to meet project timelines and quality standards
  • Act as the go-to for product and technical expertise across the company
  • Stay up-to-date via vendor training and accreditations (support provided!)
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to plug any technical knowledge gaps
  • Ensure all equipment, materials, vehicles, and documentation are compliant and ready
  • Manage and enhance service contracts with premier clients
  • Play a key role in repeat business through quality and customer satisfaction
