We’re looking for an AV Technical Project Manager to lead the charge on high-profile Video Conferencing, AV, and Unified Communications (UC) integration projects—working with some of the UK’s best-known brands and the latest audio-visual technology. Since 1999, our client has been designing and delivering best-in-class AV and UC solutions. They\’re now growing their passionate delivery team who create smart, efficient, and future-ready AV systems. As a core leader within the operations team, you’ll act as the technical authority across all projects, driving quality, innovation, and seamless delivery across 30+ monthly installations—including multi-phase rollouts worth £100k+. To be considered, you will need: * Proven experience in Video Conferencing, AV, and UC project delivery with a strong technical background * Familiarity with manufacturers such as Yealink, Barco, Polycom * Excellent understanding of AV/VC systems, installation practices, and current tech trends * Experience managing multiple projects and budgets simultaneously * Strong leadership and people management skills * Ability to produce or interpret technical drawings and specifications * Willingness to complete supplier training and certifications to boost expertise * A confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Your Responsibilities Will Include: * Leading the technical delivery of projects across the UK * Ensuring accuracy, quality, and commercial control * Owning all technical specs, cable schedules, and drawings * Managing internal engineers and subcontractors to meet delivery targets * Acting as the go-to product and technical expert for the business * Staying up-to-date through vendor training and accreditations (full support provided) * Working closely with the Managing Director to identify and plug knowledge gaps * Ensuring all equipment, vehicles, documentation, and materials are compliant and project-ready * Managing and enhancing service contracts with key clients * Contributing to repeat business through exceptional service and customer satisfaction This is your opportunity to join an established, ambitious AV company where you will lead the technical delivery of game-changing projects across the UK.
