Our client, a rapidly growing Education recruitment agency specialising in placing Teachers within the Education sector, is looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants with proven billings to join their expanding team. Known for providing exceptional service, the agency takes a personalised approach to meet the needs of both candidates and clients through strong engagement and clear communication.

Due to significant growth within the Education team, we are now seeking experienced recruiters for their Essex office. This is an office-based role where you will work alongside experienced consultants to manage and fulfil various recruitment needs.

Applicants should have a minimum of two years\’ experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with proven experience managing a full desk.

This role presents a fantastic opportunity for driven and entrepreneurial individuals. Alongside a competitive base salary, there is the potential to earn up to £100,000 in commission, offering substantial rewards for your success.

Key responsibilities include managing your own desk focused on the Education sector, overseeing a portfolio of clients and candidates, and actively seeking new business opportunities. You will be expected to promote the company culture, meet weekly performance targets, and develop relationships with industry leaders to further enhance your recruitment expertise.
