Currently our client is seeking experienced recruiters for its Essex office, this is due to significant growth in the Education Team. The position is office-based and involves collaborating with seasoned consultants to fulfil various hiring requirements.
Candidates should possess experience in managing a full desk and have recruitment experience in the Education sector, with a minimum of two years is required.
The role offers an opportunity for ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, a good basic salary and an opportunity to earn up to 100,000 commission.
Daily responsibilities include managing a personal desk focused on the Education sector, overseeing a portfolio of candidates and clients.
