About You: We’re looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience: * Degree in Clinical Physiology (or equivalent), or ONC/BTEC in physiological measurement and medical physics * Certified to work with and manage patients with implanted medical devices, such as Permanent Pacemakers (PPM) and Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillators (ICD) * Experience in customer care, including managing interactions with patients in challenging situations * Strong knowledge in a range of clinical specialties, including: * Holter Monitoring * ECGs * Stress Echocardiograms/Echocardiograms * Transoesophageal Echocardiograms * Bubble Echoes/Drug-induced Echoes * Proficient in using PC software and healthcare systems * Maths and English GCSE (grades A-C) or equivalent functional skills (Level 2) Your Responsibilities: As a Cardiac Physiologist, you will: * Deliver high-quality patient care while performing a comprehensive range of cardiology investigations, including both invasive and non-invasive procedures * Maintain patient care standards in line with hospital policies, working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team * Ensure a consistently high standard of service to patients, consultants, and other healthcare professionals * Plan, perform, and interpret a variety of cardiology investigations, including invasive and non-invasive procedures, under guidance as necessary * Continuously develop and maintain your clinical competencies to stay at the forefront of the field Your Development: At this healthcare provider, you’ll join a team that’s committed to both exceptional patient care and staff development.
