We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Performance/Paid Media Manager to lead strategy and execution across high-budget, performance-driven campaigns within the beauty space. This is a senior role suited to someone who has managed annual media spends in excess of £1M+ and can confidently own both the strategic direction and hands-on delivery across multiple digital channels.
You’ll play a key role in shaping full-funnel digital strategies, driving measurable growth, and working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver best-in-class performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end paid media strategy across key platforms including Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Manage and optimise high-budget campaigns (£1M+), ensuring strong ROI and efficient spend allocation.
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital strategies, from awareness through to conversion and retention.
- Analyse campaign performance, extract insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting across multiple client accounts.
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and ecommerce teams to align media strategies with wider business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities within the beauty and digital space.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth and maturity of the paid media function.
- Proven experience in a senior paid media role, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, or a similar consumer-driven industry.
- Strong track record of managing large-scale budgets (£1M+) across multiple channels.
- Deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic, insight-led digital media plans, not just execute campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing stakeholders across different teams and locations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategies and results clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
