Location: South UK (hybrid 2 days in office!)

Salary: up to £40,000 plus bonus!

The Product Manager plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day management and development of my clients product ranges. This includes ensuring the smooth execution of product lifecycle processes, managing critical paths, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellent results for our retail partners. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, the Product Manager works closely with technical, packaging, and production teams to meet customer objectives while maintaining the clients commitment to a customer-focused, collaborative approach.

What You’ll Do:

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage existing product ranges, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and mitigating risks alongside the Senior Account Manager. Update retailer ranges to reflect changes in packaging, copy, or legislation while minimising liabilities.
  • Critical Path & Project Management: Create, maintain, and manage multiple critical paths and project timelines. Ensure seamless communication and execution across all stages of product development and launch.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical, packaging, and production in the UK and Europe, to ensure projects align with customer needs.
  • Market Insights & Strategy: Collaborate with the Category Insight team to understand market trends and translate these into actionable product strategies.
  • Stock Management: Analyse and monitor stock levels, ensuring optimal inventory control and data accuracy.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist in the preparation of customer presentations and attend and host regular meetings with clients independently and alongside the Senior Account Manager.

What You Need:

  • 2+ years experience in the beauty industry in new product development/account management, either own brand or retail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Be able to create and manage critical paths.
  • Have a great market awareness.
