They are now seeking a dynamic Commercial Director to lead their commercial strategy.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a robust sales and business development strategy to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Identify and secure new brand and retail partnerships across skincare, cosmetics, and personal care segments.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and customer excellence.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the beauty industry, from indie founders to global brand leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, product development, operations, and marketing to deliver innovative, market-ready solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitable growth and sustainable partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy and identify new opportunities.
