We are partnering with a growing beauty brand to recruit a Senior / New Business Development Manager to grow their presence within premium spas and hotels across the UK!
The Role
This is a strategic, field-based sales role focused on identifying, securing, and developing new spa and hotel partnerships nationwide. The successful candidate must have proven experience selling beauty products directly into hotels and spas and a strong network within the UK hospitality and spa sector.
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by opening new accounts, building long-term relationships, and positioning the brand as a preferred partner within luxury and boutique hotel spas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities within UK spas, hotels, and wellness destinations
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract close
- Present the brand to decision-makers including Spa Directors, Hotel GMs, and Procurement Teams
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and launch support
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage pricing strategies
- Represent the brand at industry trade shows and networking events
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasting
- Work closely with marketing and training teams to support successful account launches
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven track record of selling beauty products directly into UK hotels and spas (essential)
- Established network of contacts within the spa/hotel/wellness sector
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing long-term B2B partnerships
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel nationally
