Our client, a well-established MNC is seeking for a Customer Service Executive (Automotive) - MNC/Luxury brand.

Requirements:

  • Min a Diploma or Degree in Customer Service Relation/Hospitality/Tourism or relevant
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience providing face to face Customer Service functions in the Automotive industry
  • Experience in dealing with escalated cases and acting as mentor to Service Advisors
  • Senior Service Advisors who wish to move to Corporate Executive role are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, willing to learn and perseverance
  • Independent and team player

Salary: Up to $4,900.00 + Attractive Bonuses

5 days work week, Office Hour, Central area.
