Onsite or potential for hybrid working. This is not a traditional sales support or admin role. It’s a newly created position designed to improve how sales and marketing work together, helping campaigns run properly, leads get followed up quickly, and commercial activity move more efficiently across the business.
You’ll sit between the sales and marketing teams, acting as the central point of coordination. The role is about creating structure, improving processes, keeping activity moving, and making sure opportunities don’t get lost along the way. For someone who enjoys bringing order to fast-moving teams, improving systems, and making a visible impact on performance, this is a role with genuine scope to shape and grow.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and sales follow-up activity
- Managing inbound enquiries and ensuring leads are routed and followed up effectively
- Supporting the BDC team with campaign information, priorities, and lead lists
- Owning CRM data quality, reporting, and pipeline visibility
- Producing reports around lead generation, conversion, and campaign performance
- Identifying gaps, bottlenecks, and process improvements
- Helping standardise workflows and improve response times across teams
- Longer term, potentially taking ownership of ERP reporting and system coordination
What they’re looking for:
- Experience working with a CRM system such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Someone process-driven who enjoys improving how things work
- Confidence managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of why lead conversion matters
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
This could suit someone currently working in a product-based business (physical or software) in:
- Sales Operations
- CRM or Revenue Operations
- Marketing coordination
- Sales support
- Inside sales coordination
- CRM administration
What’s important is mindset. They’re looking for someone proactive who takes ownership, improves systems, and keeps momentum across teams, rather than someone focused purely on administration.
Why this role stands out:
- Newly created role with real opportunity to shape processes
- High visibility across the business
- Opportunity to grow into wider CRM / ERP ownership over time
- Collaborative environment where your impact will be felt quickly
- Flexible approach to hybrid working for the right person
What's on offer:
- Basic salary of £28,000 – £42,000 depending on experience
