This is not a traditional sales support or admin role. It’s a newly created position designed to improve how sales and marketing work together, helping campaigns run properly, leads get followed up quickly, and commercial activity move more efficiently across the business.
You’ll sit between the sales and marketing teams, acting as the central point of coordination. For someone who enjoys bringing order to fast-moving teams, improving systems, and making a visible impact on performance, this is a role with genuine scope to shape and grow.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns and sales follow-up activity
- Supporting the BDC team with campaign information, priorities, and lead lists
- Owning CRM data quality, reporting, and pipeline visibility
- Producing reports around lead generation, conversion, and campaign performance
- Helping standardise workflows and improve response times across teams
- Longer term, potentially taking ownership of ERP reporting and system coordination
Experience working with a CRM system such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar is required. Commercial awareness and an understanding of why lead conversion matters are essential.
