We’re hiring a Field Service Engineer to join a growing, respected UK-based technology manufacturer that supplies cutting-edge medical and aesthetic systems across the UK and internationally.

What you'll be doing

  • Carrying out scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs on laser and IPL systems.
  • Installing new equipment.
  • Troubleshooting issues on site and delivering excellent customer support.
  • Completing technical documentation in line with medical device regulations.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience working with medical devices or lasers highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Background in engineering, electronics, physics, or similar (degree or hands-on experience) essential.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working independently, with a full UK driving licence.
  • Proficient IT and record-keeping abilities.
