We’re hiring a Field Service Engineer to join a growing, respected UK-based technology manufacturer that supplies cutting-edge medical and aesthetic systems across the UK and internationally.

What you'll be doing
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance and reactive repairs on laser and IPL systems.
- Installing new equipment.
- Troubleshooting issues on site and delivering excellent customer support.
- Completing technical documentation in line with medical device regulations.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience working with medical devices or lasers highly desirable, but not essential.
- Background in engineering, electronics, physics, or similar (degree or hands-on experience) essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working independently, with a full UK driving licence.
- Proficient IT and record-keeping abilities.
