The Talent Locker is seeking a Software Tech Lead in Wiltshire for a hybrid role (3–4 days onsite). You will own significant technical work, shape architectures, and stay hands-on while guiding a defence programme.
You’ll lead technical decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into practical solutions. Required are strong Java/SQL skills, backend service/API development, system integration, and experience with automated testing and CI/CD.
