Lead Quality Supervisor - Romsey (Onsite) - Up to £50,000 We're looking for an experienced Lead Quality Supervisor to play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality composite components used within the aerospace and defence sectors.

You'll combine hands-on inspection with quality leadership, helping drive continuous improvement across the business.
What You'll Be Doing Lead day-to-day quality assurance and inspection activities across manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
Carry out incoming, in-process and final inspection of composite components and assemblies.
Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and GD T requirements.
Produce inspection reports, quality documentation and measurement records.
Support internal, customer and certification audits.
Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause investigations and CAPA activities.
Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve quality, reduce defects and enhance manufacturing processes.
