Workplace Project Manager – Real Estate/Campus Upgrades (London & Nr. Feltham) – Outside IR35 – Initially 6 months Contract role paying £550 – £600 per day for a workplace project manager to manage campus wide commercial and internal capital works.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate designers and contractors.
- Manage re‑fitting projects, changing building purposes for hot desking, hybrid and flexible working; upgrade floors, implement wayfinding, LED lighting, new employee‑focused areas and other workplace or capital projects; manage minor works on site.
Qualifications / Experience
- Background in project management of capital works, internal works, office upgrades, office fit‑outs, workplace design, space planning, facilities management projects, maintenance, sustainable assets, M&E, moves, adds, changes, re‑fits, fit‑outs, workplace strategy.
Schedule & Contract Details
- Hybrid working: 2 days in London, 2 days in Nr. Feltham, 1 day working from home.
- Contract until end of December 2026 with potential extension into 2027 for further workplace relocation, refurbishment and employee experience projects.
