A fast-growing international SaaS business is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its in-house team. This is a genuine opportunity where you’ll have immediate impact in a high-performing, sales-driven environment. You’ll join a team of 8 and support operations across Europe and the Middle East.
The focus will be triaging and negotiating a high volume of commercial contracts, including NDAs, SaaS agreements and amendments, while also stepping into more complex agreements where capable. Sales teams operate with pace and urgency, so you must be confident working independently, managing pressure and delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
You’ll embed into established legal processes (Ironclad, Salesforce, risk/playbook systems) with onboarding provided.
About You:
- UK-qualified (circa 4–5 PQE, flexible)
- Proven in-house SaaS experience
- Strong Sales partnering exposure
