Contract - 6 months Outside IR35 - £750-800pd Bournemouth - Hybrid (2/3 days a week on site)
We’re supporting a leading organisation in the search for an experienced AI Transformation Change Manager to join on an initial 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in delivering the framework & foundations for the rollout, adoption, and measurable usage of new AI-enabled tooling across Engineering and Product functions, helping embed AI-driven ways of working into day-to-day operations and delivery practices.
Working closely with senior technology and business leadership, the successful candidate will lead change activity across a large-scale transformation programme, while also collaborating with parallel strategic initiatives with overlapping stakeholders and dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption and embedding of AI-enabled tools and processes across Engineering and Product teams
- Develop frameworks, governance, and foundational ways of working to support long-term AI enablement
- Define and implement user adoption and engagement measures, including tracking, reporting, and success metrics
- Lead change planning, communications, stakeholder engagement, and organisational readiness activity
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across tooling, capability uplift, delivery governance, and workforce transformation
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Technology, Product, HR, and wider business functions
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across multiple transformation initiatives
- Support cultural and behavioural change to drive sustainable adoption and business impact
Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide AI, digital, or technology transformation programmes
- Strong background in change management within large, complex organisations
- Experience creating adoption frameworks, governance models, or transformation foundations
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across technology and business functions
- Experience working within Engineering and Product-led environments (Agile / iterative delivery)
- Strong programme coordination, planning, reporting, and delivery management capability
- Proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced transformation environments
