The Role:

You’ll lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, typically as part of wider transformation programmes. This includes:

• Owning end-to-end solution design

• Working closely with engineering teams to guide delivery

This is a hands-on architecture role with real accountability.

What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable):

This role is specific. If the below isn't clearly in your background, it won't be the right fit.

• Dynamics 365 (essential) - Strong, recent experience with Dynamics 365. Involvement in solution design, not just configuration or support.
• Power Platform (essential) - Hands-on experience with Power Apps. Ideally some exposure to Power Automate.
• Architecture ownership - Experience as a Solution Architect or Lead. Ownership of High Level Design and Low Level Design. Evidence of making and owning technical decisions.
• Stakeholder engagement - Comfortable working directly with stakeholders. Experience running workshops and shaping solutions.
• Azure exposure - Experience integrating D365 and Power Platform with Azure.

Important: If your experience does not include both D365 and Power Apps at an architectural level, this role will not be suitable.
