The Talent Hub is seeking a Support Worker in Swindon to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
You will provide person-centred support, help with daily tasks, and promote dignity and choice in a compassionate, respectful environment.
Full training will be provided; previous care experience is welcome but not essential.
