This is a brand built on precision, results and repeatable technical excellence, and that reputation lives or dies by the quality of training behind it. Every therapist who picks up a device, every clinic that trusts the protocol, has been shaped by this function. It’s a role with genuine reach: head office, customer sites, exhibitions, and the space where product development meets real-world practice. For someone who wants training to be a strategic function, not an afterthought, this is where that happens.

Your Talents
\n
You’ve led a team of trainers or educators, not just delivered training yourself, and you know the difference between the two. Your background in beauty therapy, aesthetics or a related technical field means you can walk into a room of practising therapists and be taken seriously immediately. You’re as comfortable interrogating a new device on a test bench as you are coaching a trainer through a difficult delegate. Experience in a regulated or quality-managed environment would put you ahead, though credibility with the people you’re training matters more than the certificate on the wall.

Why Apply
\n
This role sits at the intersection of education, product and customer experience, rare ground for a training function to occupy. You’ll shape accreditation programmes, influence product development before it reaches market, and build the standard the entire therapist network is measured against. For someone who wants their next move to be about ownership and influence, not just delivery, this is worth serious consideration.
