This is a luxury hair and beauty studio in West London where the experience starts long before a client sits in the chair. Front of house here is the first impression and the last one, the voice on the phone, the warmth at the door, the person who knows exactly which stylist suits which client. For someone who wants Front of House to mean something more than answering the phone, this is that role.
Your New Role
- Welcome every client and shape a personalised, luxury first impression
- Manage bookings, appointments and team calendars, filling gaps where they appear
- Handle calls, emails and enquiries with confidence and polish
- Recommend treatments, services and haircare products tailored to each client
- Work closely with colourists and stylists to understand client needs and guide bookings accordingly
- Manage cancellations, changes and payments with precision
- Maintain detailed client records, preferences and purchase history
- Keep the studio polished, welcoming and client-ready at all times
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
Your Talents
You’ve spent at least five years in customer service, three of them in a luxury environment, and you know the difference between good service and a considered one. You sell with product knowledge rather than pressure, and you stay calm when the calendar gets busy. A real passion for haircare and beauty matters here, and full training is provided, so willingness to learn counts as much as experience on paper.
Why Apply
There’s commission on retail sales alongside the salary, generous discounts on studio services and products, and a Friends & Family discount that extends the benefit beyond you. You’ll get regular team events, 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and a stake in one of West London’s most respected luxury studios. For someone who wants client experience work to feel like a craft, this is where to practise it.
