This is a Mayfair-based recruitment role within the luxury retail industry. You will be sourcing and placing temporary talent across fresh food, charcuterie, wine and spirits, and front of house F&B, for an exciting seasonal Christmas recruitment campaign where speed and precision both matter. This is for a recruiter who understands luxury retail and specialist food.
Your New Role
- Source candidates across fresh food, charcuterie, barista and F&B, butchery, and wine and spirits
- Screen CVs and run telephone interviews to assess fit against specific role requirements
- Manage a high volume of applications and candidate enquiries without losing accuracy
- Coordinate interviews, availability and onboarding at pace
- Build relationships with candidates and keep them engaged through the process
- Track vacancies and recruitment progress against tight seasonal deadlines
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation throughout
- Work closely with the wider recruitment team to meet staffing requirements as they shift
Your Talents
You’ve worked as a Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or Coordinator before, and you understand luxury retail, specialist food, hospitality or F&B well enough to assess a candidate properly, not just tick a box. You’re organised under pressure, comfortable managing multiple vacancies at once, and you know how to keep a candidate warm through a fast-moving process. Existing knowledge of relevant talent pools would mean you hit the ground running from day one.
Why Apply
This is a chance to work on a major seasonal luxury retail campaign from a Mayfair head office, alongside an experienced and supportive recruitment team. It is fast-paced, high-volume work with an immediate start, suited to someone who wants a short, sharp campaign that sharpens their sector expertise rather than a slow ramp-up.
NB Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to respond to every candidate. We will only contact those shortlisted for an interview. We are not able to provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
