What You'll Be Doing Working as part of a busy sales office, you'll be responsible for coordinating customer projects from enquiry through to completion, ensuring every stage is managed efficiently and accurately.
Your responsibilities will include
- Preparing and processing project quotations.
- Managing sales and purchase orders.
- Checking and preparing customer invoices.
- Validating customer and project information with exceptional attention to detail.
- Coordinating deliveries to meet customer project deadlines.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Resolving customer queries with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Monitoring stock availability and supporting project scheduling.
- Providing general administrative support across the sales office.
- Contributing positively to team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
You'll ideally have
- Previous experience within a sales support, customer service or order processing role.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
